BUSINESS SERVICE: The lobby is open daily from 7:00AM to 10:00PM.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. A Photo ID or Passport is required upon check-in.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Departures thereafter will be subject to a Late Departure Fee of $25 per hour. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

PAYMENT POLICY: We gladly accept Cash, ATH, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. No Personal Checks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At check-in, we require pre-authorization on a credit card for the balance of the stay, plus a $25.00 refundable security deposit. All cash-paying guests are required to pay a $100 security deposit.

GOVERNMENT TAXES: In addition to the quoted rates, there is a 12.5% hotel room tax.

SERVICE CHARGE: A $25 per day service charge will be added to your folio.

HOUSEKEEPING: The Refresh Service is provided daily which includes replacing soiled towels, making beds with existing linens, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper and sweeping the floor if needed. Guests are expected to wash the dishes. Guests staying more than three days will get Full Service every three days which includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper.

SLEEPING CAPACITY: The 1-bedroom suite rates are based on single/double occupancy and are intended for a maximum capacity of 4 people. The 2-bedroom suite rates are based on quad occupancy and the maximum capacity is 6 people.

UNREGISTERED GUEST: Any unreported guests will be billed at $50 per guest, per night.

ADDITIONAL GUEST: The charge for an additional guest is $25 per guest, per night. There is a $15 charge per child, under 12 years of age.

PETS: No pets allowed on premises.

SMOKING: In the interest of all our guests, all suites are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to those who violate the non-smoking policy.

PERSONAL ITEMS: The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.

GUEST REMOVAL: The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management. Failure to comply with these simple rules of conduct will result in our immediate removal from the hotel, without a refund.

We strive to ensure that everyone, including those with disabilities, can enjoy our facilities and services comfortably. Our hotel offers accessible accommodations on floors 1 and 2, ensuring that guests with mobility needs can easily navigate and enjoy their stay. For easy access, we have a wheelchair ramp that leads from the parking lot directly to the hotel entrance. This ensures that guests using wheelchairs can enter and exit the hotel with ease.

Bookings & Cancellations

A credit card is required for this reservation. Should you wish to pay in cash, you may do so upon arrival or prior to your arrival date. You may cancel your reservation at no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time two days before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of $75 USD if you must cancel after this deadline. A hold may be placed on your card account for the amount owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, and/or possible damage, and/or excessive cleaning. All cash-paying guests are required to pay a $100 security deposit.

Collection & Information Storage

For the purpose of facilitating your reservation, we will transiently store the data that you submit in preparation for your reservation while you navigate within the iQ-WebBook hotel reservation system and for a maximum time period of 20 minutes thereafter. We automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit this website. For example, we will collect your IP address, web browser software (such as Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer), and referring website. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as trips viewed and bookings made. Our goals in collecting this automatic information include helping customize your user experience and inhibiting fraud.

This is a general audience website and does not offer services directed to children. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.
